General
Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder 1 week prior to the appointment and an SMS confirmation 72 hours before your appointment. Please reply YES to confirm, or get in touch if you need to reschedule.
48 hour cancellation policies applies. Late cancellations or reschedules may be subject to a $50-$150 cancellation fee depending on service.
If you don’t receive a reminder, please contact us on 0468 794 706 — we may have the wrong details.
There’s 2hr parking on nearby streets, but spaces can be limited. There is a paid parking lot
next to 680 Sydney Rd, Brunswick which is in walking distance to the salon. We recommend
allowing 15 mins extra travel time to find a carpark without stress.
Public transport is also easy — we’re right next to Anstey train station and 503 bus stop and a
short walk away from the 19 tram stop.
Cancellations/Reschedules: Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
No Shows: Missing an appointment without notice incurs a 100% fee. A deposit may be required for future bookings.
Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may need to be rescheduled and may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees: For haircut appointments are $50, colour appointments $100 and combined colour and cut appointments are $150. This ensures our stylists are compensated for their time when last-minute cancellations occur.
We know life happens — all situations are assessed case-by-case.
