Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Super Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Confirmations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • You will receive an SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your booking. Please confirm by replying YES, or contact us if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the appointment cost.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will incur a 100% fee. Future bookings may require a deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • A 15-minute grace period applies. Arriving later than this may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened, with fees applied at our discretion.

Payments

  • All prices are gender-neutral and listed in AUD.

  • Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS and major credit cards.

  • Gift cards are redeemable in-salon and cannot currently be used for online purchases.

Service Satisfaction

  • Your happiness matters to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address the issue.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service.

  • For the comfort of all clients, we ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during appointments.

Sustainability Commitment

  • Super Salon uses Davines products and takes active steps to minimise waste, conserve energy, and support sustainable practices.
